Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally! Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or phytosanitary regulations in their destination country. We are not liable for packages confiscated by customs.
Live Arrival Guarantee: Guaranteed only if local transit temperatures are 45–90°F (7–32°C) and the plant remains untouched/not repotted.
How to Claim (DOA): Email unboxing photos & videos to care@arriettystudio.com within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Shipping & Carrier Risks: We are not liable for heat/cold damage, international carrier delays, or mishandling. Packages are fully insured where applicable, and we will assist you with the claims process.
All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of international plant travel.
